Refund policy

1. Policy Duration
You have 5 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
2. Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Situations Eligible for Exchange
Defective/Damaged Products: Damaged items can be exchanged for the same product or store credit if unavailable.
Incorrect Item Sent: We will replace it or provide store credit at no cost.
Incomplete Orders: Missing items will be sent promptly, or store credit will be issued.
Wrong Size Received: Eligible for replacement or store credit.
4. How to Request an Exchange

Return the Item Within 3 Days: Items must meet the return eligibility criteria.
